Pie Boyz trains and educates unemployed young adults to bake sweet and savoury hand pies while learning all aspects of the business with the goal of providing employment skills. MEET THE PIE BOYZ TEAM
Pie Boyz trains unemployed teens and young adults and teaches them all aspects of the hand-pie business. Terri and Jeff Mazik (far right) are co-founders of Sawubona Project. Pie Boyz has a core team of Pie Girlz (pictured in the middle from left to right), Siphiwe, Esther, and Hellen. Marlene Caicco (far left) is Program Director for Sawubona Project and assists with training beneficiaries at markets.
